This was a short sale transaction so it took 76 days to close of escrow (they got 2 lenders for the sellers). This shows that sometimes all cash offer can not win the deal.
A husband and his wife came to my open house and told me that they want me to help them find a house.
They have been searching for a long time. I found them a house in a few days.
