I sold it in 3 days on market for $545,500 (asking was $529,000) (MLS# 40472752)
Market was slow and this house does not have lots upgrades, lots people came in during open house. We got multiple offers. it was sold $16,500 over the asking price~ It proves that my marketing is working.
Same area within same close month. (only one listing close)
